PSYCHOTHERAPY
MEDITATION FACILITATION
I provide psychotherapy to adults (18+) and work with a wide range of concerns. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions and behavioral addictions (food, pornography, gaming, etc). My approach is influenced by Buddhist psychology and a mind/body perspective. I believe that well-being is a practice and my approach is holistic, emphasizing value-oriented action and resource building.
For some, a sustained engagement with mindfulness practices remains elusive. Because ongoing practice is key to reaping its benefits, the Engineering Awareness program tailors a plan to meet the needs and history of the individual, whether adolescent or adult, in order to develop a supported, sustainable model of practice.
Partnering with individuals, physicians, employers & mental health
providers to support health and well-being.
